Interns from Children in India are leading impactful Clubfoot Awareness initiatives at an Anganwadi clinic in Jammu. Launched in March, the Birth Defect Awareness program, in collaboration with RBSK and the National Health Mission, is dedicated to raising awareness about birth defects and developmental delays.
Our Focus: The program targets secondary and tertiary health centers, ASHAs (Accredited Social Health Activists), and Anganwadi centers. By reaching these key community touchpoints, we aim to eliminate Clubfoot disability across the country and promote early detection and treatment.
Our Goal: Through this initiative, we are working towards inclusive healthcare and a brighter future for all children. Our mission is to eradicate Clubfoot disability nationwide and ensure that every child has access to the care they need.
