On 8th August 2024, the Composite Regional Centre for Skill Development (CRC) Shillong organized an ADIP distribution camp, where CURE India's State Program Officer, Ms. Tina Nongrum, had the invaluable opportunity to showcase CURE India's mission to eradicate clubfoot across the country.
During the event, Ms. Tina Nongrum presented the Foot Abduction Brace (FAB) provided to children with clubfoot by our organization. This essential device is a crucial part of the treatment process, ensuring that children with clubfoot receive the care they need to lead healthy, active lives.
The event was graced by Social Welfare Minister Shri. Paul Lyngdon and Shri. Pravin Bakshi, IAS, Commissioner and Secretary, Govt. of Meghalaya. Their presence underscored the importance of collaborative efforts in the nationwide campaign against clubfoot disability. The event also provided a prime platform to gain insights and build networks, helping to refer more children born with clubfoot to CURE clinics, thus significantly contributing to our ongoing efforts in the field.
This event highlighted the impactful work CURE India is doing in the fight against clubfoot. Join us in our mission to transform lives and support the eradication of clubfoot disability in India: Donate Here
