A phenomenal event took place at the MoU Signing Ceremony held at the Conference Hall, Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, Janpath, New Delhi. Dr. Virendra Kumar, Hon'ble Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, signed MoUs with CURE India across 18 States of India on behalf of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. This landmark event was conducted both physically and in a hybrid video conferencing mode, connecting all the CRCs and National Institutes for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities/Locomotor Disabilities from across the country.
CURE India signed an agreement to hold Weekly Clubfoot Clinics in all these centres, ensuring that children with disabilities are enrolled in mainstream education while we campaign for early intervention for children with disabilities. This partnership will significantly enhance our ability to reach every child born with clubfoot, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to thrive.
