In our ongoing mission to eradicate disability caused by clubfoot in India by 2030, awareness and early intervention are key. One of our dedicated team members, Ms. Tannu, had the privilege of participating in the Life Skills Grooming Classes at Yamuna Vihar, Delhi, where she played a crucial role in spreading vital knowledge about clubfoot.
Empowering Through Education
During her visit, Ms. Tannu shared essential insights on how to identify and refer children with clubfoot to CURE India’s specialized clinics. Her contribution was not just informative but empowering, equipping the attendees with the knowledge needed to take proactive steps toward early intervention. The earlier a child with clubfoot is identified and treated, the better the outcomes—ensuring these children can lead healthy, active lives.
A Collective Effort for a Clubfoot-Free India
This session was more than just an educational opportunity; it was a step forward in our collective journey toward a clubfoot-free India. Just as polio was eliminated, we are committed to ensuring that no child with clubfoot is left untreated. But to achieve this ambitious goal, we need the support of the entire community—medical professionals, educators, and concerned citizens alike.
